Mobile Meals relies on the generous support of Central Washington Hospital for the preparation of meals. The hospital kindly donates the cost of labor, and Mobile Meals is responsible for covering the expenses related to the food itself. The current value of each meal is $5.50.

As a non-government-funded program, Mobile Meals depends on the contributions from clients and their families to sustain its operations. Each recipient is requested to contribute $5.50 per meal towards the cost. However, Mobile Meals understands that financial circumstances may vary, and the ability to pay may differ among recipients.

Assistance with the cost of meals is available for those who require it. Mobile Meals aims to ensure that financial constraints do not hinder individuals from receiving the nourishment they need. While a contribution is encouraged, the program does not refuse service based on an individual's inability to pay the full cost of the meal.

If a recipient faces difficulties in making payment or falls delinquent on payments, they can contact the Mobile Meals Coordinator to set up a payment plan. However, if payments consistently fall below acceptable levels, the Board of Directors must approve any decision to discontinue meal service.
